Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We currently ship within Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
Bulky & Large Items Some fitness equipment (such as Pilates reformers and boards) may be classified as oversized items and shipped via a freight carrier. Delivery times for bulky items may be longer, and a signature on delivery may be required.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at VelarisFitt@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve it promptly.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
VelarisFit ships internationally from Australia and directly from our suppliers in other countries, including China. Orders delivered to international destinations may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges vary depending on the origin of the shipment and the destination country's customs regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
Please note that orders shipped from China to the United States are currently subject to additional import duties and tariffs regardless of order value, due to current US trade regulations. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you have concerns about import costs.
