Thank you for choosing VelarisFit. You now own one of the most practical pieces of cold-weather gear available — a hoodie that looks and feels like your favourite everyday wear, with intelligent VelaHeat™ technology built directly into the fabric.
Before your first use, please take a few minutes to read through this guide. It covers everything you need — from setup and heat settings to washing instructions and troubleshooting — so you get the best experience from day one.

Please read all safety information before using your Vela™ Heat Hoodie.
Important Safety Notes
- Always remove the power bank completely before washing.
- Do not wear while sleeping or leave unattended while heating.
- Keep away from water, rain, and flammable materials while the power bank is connected.
- Do not use if the hoodie, cable, or power bank appears damaged or malfunctioning.
- Only use power banks with a minimum 5V/2A output. Low-quality banks may reduce performance or safety.
- Not suitable for children, infants, or pets.
- If you experience any skin irritation or discomfort, disconnect immediately and contact support.

Powering Your Hoodie
The Vela™ Heat Hoodie requires a USB power bank to operate. The power bank is sold separately and works with any standard 5V/2A bank.
Power Bank Requirements

How to Connect
Ensure your power bank is fully charged before use.
Open the discreet inner pocket on the left side of the hoodie.
Connect your power bank to the cable already inside the pocket.
Place the power bank inside the pocket and secure it closed.
The hoodie is now ready to power on.
How to Charge Your Power Bank
Use the charging cable that came with your power bank.
Connect to a wall adapter, laptop, or USB port.
LED indicators show charging progress. Fully charged when all LEDs remain solid.
For seasonal storage — charge to 50% and top up every 3 months.
Turning On and Adjusting Heat
Connect — Plug your charged power bank into the cable inside the inner pocket.
Power On — Press and hold the chest button for 3 full seconds. The LED lights up to confirm.
Choose Your Level — Tap once to cycle: Low → Medium → High → back to Low.
Power Off — Press and hold the chest button for 3 full seconds. Disconnect the power bank when not in use.

Tips for Best Performance
- Keep the power bank in your inner pocket — cold temperatures reduce battery performance.
- For all-day warmth in mild cold, Low or Medium is ideal.
- When layering under a coat, increase to Medium or High as outer layers reduce heat transfer.
- Wearing the hoodie snug against your core maximises panel heat transfer.
Care and Maintenance
With proper care, your Vela™ Heat Hoodie will deliver reliable warmth season after season.
Before Washing — Mandatory
- ✓Remove the power bank completely from the inner pocket
- ✓Disconnect all cables
- ✓Ensure the inner pocket is completely empty
Washing
- ✓Machine wash cold — 30°C maximum, gentle cycle
- ✓Mild detergent only
- ✓Air dry only — hang flat or on a hanger
- ✓Allow to dry completely before reconnecting the power bank
- ✗Do not bleach or use fabric softener
- ✗Do not tumble dry
- ✗Do not iron or dry clean
- ✗Never wash with the power bank inside
Storage
- ✓Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- ✓Disconnect and store the power bank separately
- ✓For seasonal storage — charge power bank to 50% and top up every 3 months
Important
- Failure to follow these care instructions may damage the VelaHeat™ heating system and void your warranty.
